OREO PUDDING CAKE 
15 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies
Lg. carton Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 stick butter
1 lg. pkg. chocolate instant pudding

Crush Oreos. Melt butter and mix with crumbs. Press in a 9 x 13 pan except 1/4 cup. Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Fold in 1/2 carton Cool Whip. Spread on crust and chill 20 minutes. Mix pudding according to directions except 1/2 cup less milk. Spread on cream cheese. Top with remaining Cool Whip and crumbs. Chill overnight.
