AMISH CAKE

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda

Add: 2 tsp. vanilla 1 can crushed pineapple with juice 1 c. chopped nuts

Mix. Bake in 9x13 ungreased pan, 350 degrees, 45 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Beat together. Spread on cooled cake.
