TURKEY STUFFING 
1 c. chopped onion
3 c. diced celery
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. cream
12 c. cubed stale bread, white & corn bread to equal 12 c.

Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Stir in seasonings. Toss with bread. Add cream and mix well. Stuff turkey and bake until done or bake in a greased pan at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
