16 crackers, crushed fine
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients then fold in egg whites. Pour into ungreased pan and bake in 325 degree oven for 25 minutes.
