SEAFOOD CREOLE 
1 can tomatoes, crushed
1 can tomato sauce, to thicken
Onions, peppers, garlic, oregano, cumin, thyme & basil
Shrimp, lobster, crab legs, etc.

Saute onions, pepper and garlic. Mix onions, peppers and garlic with tomatoes and sauce. Add spices to taste. Simmer sauce 2 hours. Then add seafood of your choice. Serve over rice.
