1 lb. bulk sausage 1 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls 1 c. frozen loose pack hash browned potatoes, thawed 1 c. shredded sharp cheese 5 eggs 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan Cook sausage until browned, drain off excess fat. Separate rolls into triangles, place in 12" pizza pan, points towards center and up sides. Spoon sausage into crust, sprinkle potatoes and cheese over this. Beat eggs, add seasonings and pour into crust. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. |
