8-10 chicken breasts
1/2 c. butter, melted
Juice of 1 lg. lemon
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. dried mustard
1 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

In saucepan melt butter. Add lemon juice and other ingredients. Mix completely and boil 1 minute.

Lay chicken beasts in shallow baking pan. Pour warm sauce over meat and bake 2 hours uncovered in 300 degree oven or cook 30 minutes on high in microwave. Cover with plastic wrap and vent cover. Time in microwave can vary on various microwaves.
