PORK CHOPS DIJON | |
3 to 4 pork steaks (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb.) 2 tbsp. Italian dressing (not oil free) 2 tbsp. dijon mustard 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 med. onion, sliced Nonstick spray coating In small bowl stir together dressing, mustard and pepper. Brush both sides of pork steaks with mustard mixture. Slice onion. Spray cold 12 inch skillet with nonstick coating. Cook pork steaks in skillet, covered, over medium low heat for 20 minutes. Turn pork steaks. Cook, covered, for 5 to 10 minutes. Saute onion separately in butter. Top pork steaks with cooked sliced onions. |
