POLYNESIAN COLE SLAW 
1 can pineapple tidbits (8 oz.)
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
4 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz.), drained

Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Combine liquid with mayonnaise. In large bowl combine cabbage, seasonings and mayonnaise. Add pineapple and mandarin oranges; toss gently, cover and chill. Makes 6 servings.
