CHOCOLATE RUM CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding 1 c. chocolate chips 1 c. chopped nuts 4 tbsp. rum 1 c. sour cream 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. oil Beat the above ingredients 7-10 minutes. Pour 1/4 cup oil into Bundt pan and spread with brush. Do not pour off excess oil. Bake for 60 minutes at 325 degrees. Let cool in pan 7 minutes. Turn out. Dust with powdered sugar when cool. |
