UGLY DUCKLING CAKE 
1 package yellow cake mix
1 can (16 ounces) fruit cocktail
2 1/4 cups Bakers angel flake coconut
2 eggs
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk

Beat egg whites and fold into mixture. Grease cake pans.

Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes.
