UGLY DUCKLING CAKE 
box yellow cake mix
16 oz. fruit cocktail
8 oz. coconut
2 eggs
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
15 oz. coconut

Mix cake mix, fruit cocktail, 1 cup coconut and eggs. Then beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

Bake at 425°F for 45 minutes or until cake springs back to touch in saucepan. Melt butter; add sugar and milk bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes. Remove and add coconut. Mix and ice hot cake. Served warm; cool with whipped topping.
