UGLY DUCKLING CAKE 
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 can fruit cocktail
2 c coconut
1/2 c evaporated milk
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c butter
1/2 c sugar

Combine cake mix, fruit cocktail, 1 c coconut and eggs in a bowl. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Grease a 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

Bake cake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

In a separate sauce pan, bring butter, sugar and milk to a boil, for 2 minutes. When cool add the other cup of coconut and spoon over cooled cake.
