FRENCH BREAKFAST MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter

Combine first 5 ingredients. Add milk, eggs and 1/3 cup melted butter. Mix thoroughly. Fill small greased muffin tins 1/2 full and bake until lightly browned. Remove from pan immediately and dip in remaining 1/3 cup melted butter and roll in mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 18.
