QUICHE 
3 eggs
1/2 pkg. Knorr's Leek soup mix
2 c. heavy cream
12 unbaked individual tart shells or 1 deep dish pie shell
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3 oz. jar Hormel real bacon bits

Beat eggs, soup mix and cream to mix. Line pie shell with cheese. Sprinkle with bacon. Pour egg mixture over all and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes for tart shells or 45 minutes (or until set) for deep dish pie. This quiche freezes well but it is very easy to put together right before baking. Yields 6 to 8 servings or 12 tarts.
