QUICK CHILI AND RICE 
3/4 pound hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 package (16 oz) frozen corn
1 cup diced green pepper
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 cup minute rice
1/2+ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onions. Add spices, corn and green pepper, tomato sauce and water. Cover and bring to a full boil stirring occasionally. Stir in rice, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.

Makes 4 servings.
