10 oz. Oreo cookies, crushed

Cream together:

1/4 stick butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix together:

1 3/4 c. milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
6 oz. Cool Whip

Add the 2 mixtures together and mix well. Put crushed cookies on bottom as first layer, then pudding mixture, layer it so cookies are on top.
