TWINKIE DELIGHT 
1 box Twinkies
1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Chopped nuts

Cut Twinkies lengthwise and place cream side up in 9x13 inch pan. Melt chips with 2 tablespoons water and 4 egg yolks. Beat egg whites stiff and add to chocolate mixture. Pour over Twinkies. Top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts. Best if refrigerated overnight.
