TURKEY LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 (14 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. basil
Mushrooms
2 c. ricotta or cottage cheese
4 oz. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
8 oz. mozzarella cheese

Brown and drain turkey with onion. Mix tomatoes, tomato paste, water, sugar, parsley, basil and mushrooms. Add to meat.

Mix cheese, parsley and oregano.

Cook noodles as directed. Top with layers (alternately) of mixture and noodles. Lastly, top all with mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
