1 Coho or Chinook salmon, dressed 1 lemon, sliced 1 onion, sliced 1 lg. tomato, sliced butter Start grill, layer slices of all ingredients inside the fish cavity. Place any extra slices on top of fish. Wrap fish in aluminum foil packet and seal edges tightly. Grill fish for about 45 minutes. Serves several. Preparation time 1 hour. |
