GARLIC COD 
1 lb. cod fillets
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
5 lg. cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
5 lemon wedges

If fish fillets are large, cut into 5 serving pieces. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Mix melted butter, the lemon juice, onion powder and paprika. Dip fish into butter mixture. Place in ungreased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Pour remaining butter mixture over fish.

Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven until fish flakes easily with fork, 25-30 minutes. Cook and stir garlic in 2 tablespoons butter and the oil over medium heat until garlic is brown; spoon over fish. Garnish with snipped parsley if desired. Serve with lemon wedges. 5 servings - 230 calories each.
