HERBED YOGURT DRESSING 
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. veg. oil
1 c. plain lowfat yogurt
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Stir oil into yogurt. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Chill to blend flavors. Stir before serving. Makes 8 servings (2 1/2 tbsp. per serving).
