LOW CALORIE HERB DRESSING | |
1/4 c. olive oil 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tbsp. chopped chives 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 clove garlic, pressed 6 oz. V-8 juice or tomato juice Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Makes 1 1/3 cups dressing, 33 calories per tablespoon. NOTE: Add 4 ounces tofu to above recipe and mix in blender until smooth. Makes 2 cups dressing, 25 calories per tablespoon. |
