CRESCENT HAM PIE 
8 oz. Pillsbury crescent rolls or Italian flavor (I use reg. pie crust)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. Monterey cheese, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
2 c. ham, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper (opt.)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Place 5 triangles in 9 inch pie plate. Press together to make crust. Reserve 3 triangles for top crust. In large bowl mix remaining ingredients. Pour into crust. Roll out 3 triangles and cut into strips to basket weave. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
