TACO HOT DISH | |
1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 pkg. dry taco mix 1 (8 oz.) bag Dorito tortilla chips, crushed 1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese Combine onions and beef, brown, drain. Add tomato sauce and taco mix and mix well. Place crushed chips in bottom of a 9x13 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Top with meat mixture and remaining ingredients in order listed. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly. |
