HAM AND MACARONI SALAD 
3 c. elbow macaroni
2 1/2 c. cooked ham, chopped
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
4 to 5 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
3 to 4 tbsp. sweet pickles, chopped
3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. paprika
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water and drain. Combine all ingredients, stirring lightly; cover and chill several hours before serving. Yield: 10 servings.
