MEXICAN MARKET BASKET SOUP 
1/2 onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes with chilies
1 (15 oz.) can lima beans & its liquid
2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans & their liquid
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn & its liquid
1/2 of 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced olives
1 pkg. Lipton's beefy onion soup mix
1 c. chopped celery
1 lg. zucchini, chopped
2 pkgs. sm. smoke link sausages, cut each link into 3 bite size pieces
10-12 oz. Bloody Mary mix
6 c. water

Combine all ingredients including the liquids from the canned vegetables in large pot. Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours until all flavors blend. If soup is too thick add more water. Makes 15 cups.
