B.B.Q. PORK | |
5 lb. pork roast 1/2 c. soy sauce 3/4 c. lemon juice 1 c. 7-Up 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 tbsp. peppercorn, pounded skewers Cut boneless pork roast into 2 inch cubes. Mix all liquid ingredients, garlic and pepper corn. Marinate pork for 1/2 hour to an hour. Put in skewers and grill. Serve over rice or with potatoes. |
