CHESS PIE 
Pastry for 1 crust pie
3 lg. eggs, beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Prepare pastry, roll out, and put in pie plate. DO NOT PRICK. Combine remaining ingredients and put in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until barely set in the center.
