TACO PIE 
1 to 1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. sliced ripe olives
1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 1/2 to 2 c. crushed corn chips
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef and drain. Add seasoning mix, water, and olives. Simmer 5 minutes. Separate crescent triangles and place in 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Shape to form crust. Sprinkle corn chips over bottom of crust. Spoon meat mixture over corn chips. Spread cream over the meat mixture; cover with cheese. Sprinkle remaining corn chips over this. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve in wedges with tossed salad.
