OVEN STEAMED SHRIMP 
3 lbs. lg. shrimp
1/4 lb. butter
1 can whole potatoes or fresh red baby potatoes
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green onions
1 onion, sliced

Peel and devein shrimp. Wash and drain; place in shallow baking pan; add butter and all ingredients on top of shrimp. Cover pan with foil; cook in oven 30 minutes on 400 degrees. Serve with garlic bread or angel hair pasta. When serving with pasta, omit potatoes from recipe.
