1 envelope Knox gelatin
1/4 c. boiling water
1 pt. Kraft mayonnaise
2 diced tomatoes
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 diced cucumber
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 to 1 sm. onion, diced

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add mayonnaise and mix. Add all other ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate overnight. Makes 2 small loaves of bread in sandwiches.
