ANN BAYRUN'S CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 chocolate or devil's food cake mix (not pudding in the mix)
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1/2 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

OVERGLAZE:

3/4 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar

Place all ingredients except chocolate chips into bowl. Mix well. Beat on high 2 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. (Do not overbake.)

Have overglaze prepared to be placed on cake 5 minutes after taking cake from oven. To make overglaze, heat water, butter and sugar until boiling. Boil 5 minutes before pouring over hot cake.
