COUNTRY CHICKEN 
1 chicken, skinned & cut up
6 lg. white potatoes, cut in lg. slices
1 lg. or 2 sm. green onions, chopped
Oil for frying
1/2 c. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. olive oil
Tony's seasoning
3 cloves garlic or garlic powder

Pan fry chicken 15 to 20 minutes. Remove and set aside. Cook potatoes in same oil for 10 minutes. While potatoes cook chop green onions, parsley and garlic. Then mix with seasonings and olive oil. Place chicken and potatoes in large pot with about 1 inch of water (on steam rack, if possible). Pour parsley mixture over everything and let cook or steam over low fire for 30 minutes.
