1 lg. pkg. Oreos, crushed
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
3 sm. boxes French vanilla instant pudding
2 1/4 c. milk
16 oz. Cool Whip

Crush Oreos. Cream Philadelphia cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar until smooth.

In another bowl, mix instant pudding and milk. Add cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, pudding, milk and Cool Whip together and mix. Layer crushed Oreo first, then filling and repeat.
