HAWAIIAN BREAD PUDDING 
1/2 loaf Hawaiian bread
2 (16 oz.) cans Carnation evaporated milk
1 1/2 sticks butter
6 egg yolks
1 pkg. frozen coconut
3 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar

Mix egg yolks, sugar and butter together. Add milk slowly. Add bread, coconut, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon. Use baking pan (greased) and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
