1 lg. can crushed pineapple (juice packed), do not drain 1 can cherry pie filling 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 1/2 sticks butter Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Spread pineapple evenly over bottom of pan (and into corners). Cover with pie filling. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over pie filling. Sprinkle with nuts. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes. Serve hot with ice cream or Cool Whip. |
