JELLO SALAD 
1 box lemon Jello
1 #2 can crushed pineapple
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 can chilled evaporated milk (Carnation)
2 c. crushed vanilla wafers

Cook beaten eggs, sugar, pineapple and Jello. Boil for 2 minutes. Cool. Whip chilled milk and fold cooled mixture in the whipped milk. Lightly butter the bottom of pyrex dish and put 1 1/2 cups crushed wafers in bottom of dish. Pour mixture over the crumbs. Over the mixture sprinkle the remaining crumbs. Refrigerate.
