CARAMEL POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter, softened
1/2 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) box brown sugar
1 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
5 eggs (1 at a time)
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugars, butter and oil. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each one. Alternate adding flour and milk to mixture. Beat well. Pour into large greased and floured tube pan.

Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
