ORANGE PORK CHOPS WITH RICE 
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
1 c. orange juice
Pork chops (approximately 1 lb.)
Undiluted chicken and rice soup

Put rice in casserole dish. Pour orange juice over rice. Brown the pork chops. Place on top of the rice. Pour 1 can of chicken rice soup over the chops. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
