4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
Pinch of soda
2 c. (10 oz.) orange gum drops, cut

Dissolve sugar in beaten eggs. Add flour and soda; mix well. Add gum drops and stir. Pour into pan lined with wax paper and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes. Turn layer on towel-covered rack. Remove wax paper. When completely cool, cut with scissors in desired size. Roll in powdered sugar.
