SHRIMP DIP DELIGHT 
1 lb. raw shrimp
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. green onions, finely chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Boil, peel, and devein shrimp. Chop finely and set aside. In a bowl, blend cream cheese with onions, celery, lemon juice, parsley, salt, cayenne, and mayonnaise. Fold in the chopped shrimp. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with either crackers or fresh celery sticks and carrot sticks. This dip is simple and fast.
