CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. cabbage
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
2 packs Ritz crackers
1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter

Chop cabbage and cook in water until tender. Drain and put in buttered casserole dish. Combine milk, cheese and soup; melt in microwave. Pour over cabbage. Top with cracker crumbs and butter. Cook at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
