CABBAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 med. cabbage 1 can cream of celery soup 8 oz. Velveeta cheese 2 packs Ritz crackers 1/4 c. milk 1 stick butter Chop cabbage and cook in water until tender. Drain and put in buttered casserole dish. Combine milk, cheese and soup; melt in microwave. Pour over cabbage. Top with cracker crumbs and butter. Cook at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot. |
