TRIPLE DELIGHT 
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Mix together. Press in bottom of 13 x 9 inch Pyrex baking dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.

Second Layer:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar

Cream cheese and sugar together. Add Cool Whip.

Third Layer:
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
3 3/4 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding mix

Mix together as directed on package using 1 3/4 cups of milk for each package. Spread over last layer and top with remaining Cool Whip. Grate a chocolate Hershey bar on top. Refrigerate. Fabulous!
