JALAPENO CORN DIP 
This dip can be made the night before and reheated when ready to serve!

1 (2 lb.) bag frozen corn (do not use canned corn)
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese
diced jalapenos, to taste

Note: Use as little or as much of the diced jalapeno, depending on how much heat you want.

Put all ingredients into a microwave safe dish. Heat uncovered for 5 minutes. Stir. Heat for 5 more minutes or until heated through (corn is no longer frozen and cream cheese and butter are melted). Stir until well blended.

Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
