VENISON CHILI 
1 lb. ground venison
1 c. canned tomatoes
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cumin (optional)
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. chili powder

Brown meat in hot fat in skillet. Add onion; stir until onion is brown. Add tomatoes, beans, and seasonings; simmer for at least 1 hour. Yields 4 servings.
