RICE PUDDING 
1 family size boil-in-bag minute rice
1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling
3 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
Cinnamon and nutmeg

Prepare rice and set aside. Mix pudding mix, milk and egg in saucepan. Bring to full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in rice. Pour in dessert dishes and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
