1 lg. new potato per person Melted butter or spray oil Salt Pepper Paprika Dried Parsley Boil potatoes until done but still firm. Leave jackets on. Cool and slice about 1/3 inch thick and lay out on waxed paper. Brush with melted butter or low-fat cooking spray. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley flakes on both sides. Lay on hot barbecue grill (wire mesh) and brown both sides. Remove and serve. |
