MEATBALL CASSEROLE 
1 tsp. kitchen bouquet or Worcestershire
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 onion, diced
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper, to taste
1 c. milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Mix all ingredients together except soup and Worcestershire and roll into balls. Place balls in casserole or 13 x 9 inch pan. Heat soup and Worcestershire sauce in pan. Pour over top of meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Serves 8-10.
