LASAGNE 
1 lg. jar (32 oz.) Ragu OR Prego sauce
1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. water
1 lb. box lasagne noodles
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 lb. each - Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Brown hamburger and add sauce. Combine 1 1/2 cup water with sauce. Cover bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish with 1 1/2 cup sauce. Arrange layer of uncooked noodles, slightly overlapping, on top of sauce. Spread 1/2 the cottage cheese and about 1/3 each of Cheddar and Mozzarella over the noodles. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan. Add another layer of sauce. Repeat with another layer of noodles over the remaining cottage cheese and another 1/3 of Cheddar and Mozzarella and 2 tablespoons Parmesan. Top with layer of noodles. Pour remaining sauce over, spreading evenly to cover edges of noodles. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan, Cheddar and Mozzarella. Cover tightly with foil. May want to set in another pan in case it runs over sides.

Bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven for 1 hour, uncovering for last 15 minutes. Let set covered for 10 minutes after removing from oven.
